    Peningkatan Prestasi Dan Aktivitas Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas VI SDN 03 Madiun Lor Melalui Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share Pada Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Adanya peningkatan prestasi belajar matematika melalui  model pembelajaran think pair share di kelas VI  SDN 03 Madiun Lor Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. 2) Adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar matematika melalui model pembelajaran think pair share di kelas VI SDN 03 Madiun Lor Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di SDN 03 Madiun Lor dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VI yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2x pertemuan dengan 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik penggumpulan data melalui tes dan observasi dengan teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana hasil penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, grafik dan penjelasannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Adanya peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa ketika guru menerapkan model pembelajaran think pair share dalam mata pelajaran Matematika Kelas VI di SDN 03 Madiun Lor Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Pada pra siklus nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh 67,10 meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 74,52, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 86,13 Hal ini berpengaruh pada jumlah siswa yang tuntas yang semula pada pra siklus hanya 10 meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 15 dan meningkat lagi pada siklus II menjadi 31 atau seluruh siswa tuntas sehingga hal ini berpengaruh pada ketuntasan klasikal yang semula pada pra siklus hanya 32,26% meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 51,61% dan meningkat lagi pada siklus II menjadi 100%. 2) Adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran ketika guru menerapkan model pembelajaran think pair share dalam mata pelajaran Matematika Kelas VI di SDN 03 Madiun Lor Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Diperoleh nilai rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I 72,90 meningkat menjadi 83,55 pada siklus II

    Sulistyani, 2012. Motivasi Kerja Guru Bersertifikat Kompetensi Keahlian Dalam Pembelajaran Produktif (Studi Situs di SMK Tunas Harapan Pati RSBI). Tesis, Program Studi Magister Manajemen Pendidikan, Program Pascasarjana Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan. 1) untuk mendekripsikan motivasi kerja guru bersertifikat kompetensi keahlian. 2) mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru produktif. 3) mendeskripsikan pembelajaran produktif dengan model pengajaran langsung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara , observasi dan dokumentasi dengan sumber data kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru produktif dan siswa SMK Tunas Harapan Pati. Teknik analisa data meliputi reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini ada tiga hal. 1) Motivasi kerja guru didasarkan pada motivasi internal dan eksternal. Motivasi internal timbul karena adanya rasa bangga sebagai guru serta keinginan untuk berprestasi. Sedangkan motivasi eksternal muncul karena pengakuan terhadap kualifikasi Sumberdaya Manusia (SDM), pembagian tugas sesuai kompetensi, peran kepala sekolah dan adanya penghargaan yang memadai seperti gaji, reward atau bonus, 2) Kompetensi guru produktif SMK Tunas Harapan Pati secara umum meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial dan kepribadian, dilengkapi dengan kompetensi khas yaitu kompetensi profesional yang dibuktikan dengan kepemilikian sertifikat kompetensi keahlian. Karakteristik kompetensi baik secara umum dan khas tersebut sangat penting bagi guru produktif untuk dijadikan pegangan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran produktif, 3). Pembelajaran produktif dengan model pengajaran langsung (direct instruction) yang dilaksanakan tahap demi tahap, memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik memiliki keterampilan (skill) sehingga mampu mandiri. Dengan demikian guru yang memiliki motivasi kerja yang tinggi dan didukung dengan kompetensi keahlian diharapkan mampu memberikan pembelajaran langsung (direct instruction) kepada peserta didik sehingga dengan keterampilan tersebut mereka dapat mengenal dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya untuk bekal kehidupannya di masa yang akan datang

    This study aims to improve the teacher performance of SD 1 Prambatan Kidul Kudus during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. This research is a School Action Research (PTS) which was conducted in 2 cycles of academic supervision. Actions taken were in the form of strengthening and training in managing online learning. The research data included scores of academic supervision, interviews, and documentation. Scores of academic supervision were analyzed descriptively, while the results from interviews and documentation were used as supporting data. The overall average score of academic supervision before pandemic (Pre-Cycle) was 82,06%. The overall average score of academic supervision during pandemic in the Even Semester 2019/2020 (Cycle I) fell to 77,67%. The overall average score of academic supervision during pandemic in the Odd Semester 2020/2021 (Cycle II) increased to 80,72%. Thus, strengthening and training in managing online learning improved teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020

    Corrective Feedback and Repair Strategies in Meaning-focused Language Classroom

    The practice of corrective feedback in communicative language classroom has become a debate among applied linguists. Some consider it obstructs students' fluent speech and some assert it is vital to show students their linguistic gaps. This study aims to describe the practice of oral corrective feedback in meaning-focused instruction specifically to answer the questions 1) what is to correct, 2) how it is corrected, and 3) how repair is constructed. The data are in the forms of teacher's and students' utterances obtained through video recording during meaning-focused instruction in a secondary school. The result shows that in meaning-focused instruction, the ESL teacher mainly corrects semantic errors and among six types of corrective feedback (explicit correction, recast, clarification request, metalinguistic feedback, elicitation, and repetition), the teacher mostly uses elicitation and recast while the repair strategies that occur in this class takes the pattern of other initiation-self repair. So, it can be concluded that in a meaning-focused instruction the teacher does not relatively interrupt the students' fluent speech and that the communicative activity is maintained. And with self-repair, students notice their linguistic gaps. Therefore corrective feedback is still worth practicing in meaning-focused language classrooms

    The use of sunscreen by the public, especially in Indonesia is quite popular. Health and beauty reasons underlying the popularity of the use of sunscreen products. This further fueled by increasing public awareness on the dangers of UV radiation of sunlight that the intensity at last decade more higher. It has been widely demonstrated that UV radiation of sunlight can cause sunburn (tanning effect to the skin), premature aging such as the appearance of dark spots and wrinkled skin, melanoma and non-melanoma skin, and cancer. Among the active particles are often used in sunscreen products as UV radiation filters are particles of TiO2 and ZnO based nano size. Along with the development of nanotechnologies, sunscreen products are also diversified, often combined with cosmetics. This paper aims to disseminate to the public, especially in Indonesia about how the characteristics of nanoparticles TiO2 and ZnO in sunscreens, the effectiveness of the particle as a barrier to UV radiation, and the dangers that can be caused by excessive use of the product

    Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya dilakukan penerapan metode pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan lebih bermakna dalam menyampaikan suatu konsep pada kegiatan pembelajaran matematika dikelas I SDN Ujung VI No 31 Surabaya, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman siswa pada materi penjumlahan bentuk soal cerita sehingga hasil belajar kurang maksimal. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut melalui penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberi solusi atas permasalahan yang terjadi. Solusi tersebut yaitu dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran bermain peran yang dapat membuat siswa lebih berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK ). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sendiri oleh guru kelas dengan melaksanakan tiga tahapan yaitu : Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan Refleksi. Pelaksanaan tindakan dilakukan secara kolaboratif dan partisipasif dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerja maupun pengelolaan kelas. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu dengan teknik observasi dan teknik tes, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analiasis diskriptip kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan dua kali pertemuan. Pada siklus I aktivitas guru diperoleh 69% pada siklus II diperoleh 88%. Aktivitas siswa pada siklus I diperoleh 51 % pada siklus II diperoleh 83 %, dan hasil belajar pada siklud I diperoleh prosentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 50% dan pada siklus II diperoleh 80%. Dengan demikian dapat diitarik kesimpulan bahwa dalam penerapan metode bermain peran dalam mata pelajaran matematika materi penjumlahan bentuk soal cerita dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa kelas I SDN Ujung VI No 31 Surabaya

    ANALISIS RASIO KEUANGAN UNTUK MEMPREDIKSI KONDISI FINANCIAL DISTRESS PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

    Financial  distress  precedes  bankruptcy.  Most  financial  distress  models actually rely on bankruptcy data, which is easier to obtain. The purpose of this research to examine financial ratios that predict financial distress condition of a firm. The sample of this research consist of 14 distress firm and 79 non-distress firms, chosen by purposive sampling. The statistic method which is used to test on the research hypothesis  is logistic regresion. The results show that the liquidity ratio (current assets/current liabilities) and a leverage ratio  (current leabilities/total  asset)  is  a  significant  variable  to  determine  of  financial  distress firms.  When  profitability  ratio  (net  income/net  sales)  and  price  earning  ratio (market  price  per  share/earnings  per  share)  are  not  significant  variables  to determine of financial distress

    THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SYNCHRONOUS AND ASYNCHRONOUS E- LANGUAGE LEARNING IN EFL SETTING: A CASE STUDY

    Teaching and learning process since the pandemic time has shifted away from the traditional face to face classroom into online distance learning, and this will be undergo in the post pandemic. This case study aimed to investigate the effectiveness use of the combined modes of synchronous and asynchronous in e- language learning for university students. While both types of that learning approach have its importance in different scenario. The research questions to be answered in the study was how the adoption of synchronous (discussion activity platform) and asynchronous (learning content platform) would be more effective in e- language learning. 55 university participants from the second semester of English Department who joined the online creative writing class in synchronous and asynchronous language learning activity received the survey questionnaire as the sampling of the collected data. The data from the interview was also obtained to get the learners insights regarding the course experiences.The results showed that the applying of the combination approach in online learning has been greatly effective in helping the learners in terms of the community interaction and  material engagement. Moreover, the learners’ response about the using blended mode of synchronous and asynchronous for their learning is very positive. Some suggestions to enfold the problems over the online learning  are also provided

    Determination of Zirconium(IV) Based on Flow Injection Analysis with The Xylenol Orange As A Complexing

    The development of spectrophotometry method based on Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) to determine Zr(IV) in tin ore accompanying mineral has been done using xylenol orange as complexing agent. The complex between Zr(IV) and xylenol orange 0,05% was formed at pH 2 (1:1). The complex formed having maximum absorbance at wavelength 554 nm. The mineral decomposition has been done by fusion method using Na2CO3 and Na2O2 as fluxs for open system and the close system decomposition using HNO3, HClO4 and HF as solvents. FIA-spectrophotometry that has been developed was able to show good analytical performance, with precision of %KV not more than 5% at concentration level mg/L, was 3,98%, with sensitivity was 2,79 ppm and the detection limits of calculated (S/N = 3) was 0,21 ppm. This method has been aplicated for analyzing Zr(IV) in zircon mineral sample with analysis result 20,26% of ZrO2 and recovery percentage was 100,7%. &nbsp

    There are controversies about the influence of oxygen saturation level for stroke patients as a predictor of acute phase stroke outcome. Oxygen saturation was selected as the examination because it is an easy, rapid, and economical by using only pulse oxymeter. A good oxygen saturation level is critical in oxygen supply in acute phase of ischaemic stroke. The use of oxygen saturation at hospital admission is still controversial in predicting outcome or neurologic improvement because prior studies showed opposite results. The researcher in this study would like to investigate the influence of oxygen saturation at hospital admission to the outcome of ischemic stroke during acute phase so that it may give clues as a predictor of stroke outcome. This is a cross sectional study, using a purposive sampling method. The subjects were acute ischemic stroke patients in the inward section of the neurology department of Meowardi General Hospital. The minimal sample was 60. The level of stroke severity is measured with NIHSS. Analysis for statistic was using linear regression with confidence levelof 95%, significant if p < 0,05. Results showed that there is a correlation of oxygen level saturation at hospital admission to NIHSS score on the first day but has no correlation to the outcome of acute infarct stroke patients in RSUD Dr. Moewardi General Hospital. Analysis was then continued using fisher test and a significant correlation was found between oxygen saturation at hospital admission to stroke outcome. Conclusion: There is an influence of oxygen saturation at hospital admission to NIHSS score at day-1 and no influence to NIHSS at day-7.
